Skill Share: Make Your Own Ginger Ale

March 12, 2016 By admin

WHEN: Thursday, March 17, 7-8:00pm
WHERE: Lochlyn House at Ecovillage Charlottesville, 480 Rio Rd. East
TEACHER: Heather Phillips

GingerAleHeather Phillips, of smallactscount.org, will be helping us craft an easy, delicious and refreshing ginger ale that’s ready to drink in 3 days. This crisp and bubbly drink is great for an upset stomach and boasts many of the health benefits of ginger and fermented beverages. Please bring a clean glass pop-top bottle (grolsch) or clean plastic soda/drink bottle (16oz is fine) to take home your ginger ale.

This is a free workshop and all are welcome. If you can, please bring a small gift for the instructor. Please walk/bike/carpool if you can, as parking is limited.
